Bookings & Deposits
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. This will be deducted from your final total on the day.
Appointments are reserved exclusively for you and deposits are non-transferable for changes made within the required notice period. Early booking is recommended to secure your preferred time.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
A minimum of 7 days’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
Changes made with less than 7 days’ notice will result in the loss of your deposit.
Cancellations within 48 hours, or failure to attend, may incur a fee of up to 50% of the scheduled service.
This policy is in place due to limited availability and the difficulty in filling last-minute appointments.

Pricing provided prior to your appointment is an estimate and may vary depending on hair length, thickness, and time required.
Final pricing will be confirmed once your hair has been assessed in person.
Hair Preparation
Unless advised otherwise, please have your hair clean and dry prior to your appointment to ensure optimal results and timing.
Late Arrivals
If you are not ready at the scheduled time, this may impact the service provided. In some cases, the appointment may need to be adjusted or rescheduled, and fees may apply.
