To ensure a seamless, high-quality experience for every client, the following policies are in place. Thank you for your understanding and support of my small business.

Bookings & Deposits

To secure your appointment, a 50% non-refundable deposit of your chosen service is required. This deposit will be deducted from your final service total on the day of your appointment. As your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you, deposits are non-transferable for cancellations or changes made within 48 hours of your scheduled time. We recommend booking early to ensure your preferred date and time is available. 

Cancellations & Rescheduling

A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to reschedule or cancel your appointment.

Cancellations made within 48 hours will result in the loss of your deposit.

Cancellations within 24 hours, or failure to attend your appointment, may incur a fee of up to 50% of the scheduled service.

Pricing & Services

All services are fully customised to achieve your desired result.

Pricing provided prior to your appointment is an estimate and may vary depending on hair length, thickness, and the time and product required.

Final pricing will be confirmed during your appointment once your hair has been assessed in person.

Mobile Appointments

As a mobile service, I bring everything needed to create your hair transformation in the comfort of your home.

To ensure the best experience, please provide:

• A suitable space with good lighting
• Access to a power point
• Suitable parking

If access is not possible upon arrival, this may be treated as a late cancellation.

Hair Preparation

Unless otherwise advised, please ensure your hair is clean and dry prior to your appointment.

This allows for the best possible results and ensures your service runs on time.

Late Arrivals

If you are not ready at the agreed appointment time, this may impact the service that can be completed.

In some cases, your appointment may need to be adjusted or rescheduled, and fees may apply.
